Gypsee Automotive Private Limited built the Gypsee app as a free app. This SERVICE is provided by Gypsee Automotive Private ltd at no cost and is intended for use as it is.

We may use this information to verify your identities to provide various services and offers (For additional information please sees how we use your information part). We may also collect information you submitted when you contact Gypsee support team. This may include feedback, photographs or other recordings.
B. Data generated during use of our services
This includes but not limited to
· Location details (We may collect location details from your mobile devices if enable by you to do so. We may collect this data when the app is running in foreground or background of your mobile device. However, this may have influence some functionality. For example, a user who has not enables location data collection has to manually provide their location to avail particular services).
· Bluetooth access details.
· Information related to car’s OBD parameters obtained from the On-board Diagnostics (OBD) port of the car when the car ignition is active. This includes information that helps us understand the condition of the car and other driving parameters including fuel consumption, car speed, battery voltage, RPM, Diagnostic Trouble Codes and various other engine related parameters.
· Information related to how you use Gypsee App
· Information related to mobile sensors such as Accelerometer and GPS
You may visit our application anonymously. We will collect your Personal Identification Information only if you voluntarily submit such information to us. You can always refuse to provide your Personal Identification Information, except that it may prevent you from engaging in certain App related activities or service-related activities.
Log Data
We
want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in
the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your
phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your
device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version,
the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of
your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Our
application may use cookies to enhance your experience. This Service does not
use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third party code and
libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services.

We store the information collected from Gypsee app and Gypsee device onto our backend server in the cloud hosted by third party cloud infrastructure providers. These servers may locate outside of India. The information will processed and analyzed by automated means to offer a variety of features that you get from using the App including real time car location tracking, location based notification, car performance during each trip, detailed driving behavior analysis, trend charts, anti-theft and towing alarm and vehicle health reports etc. The information will be used for advanced analytics to offer additional insightful features in future. We may also depersonalize your information we collect and combine it with other information sources for the purpose of advanced analytics and future use cases.
We may use the information collected from you to provide Road side assistance, Insurance products, Gypsee offers etc. and to verify the authenticity of any claim and services.
The information
we collected will also help us responding more effectively to our customer service request and
support needs, understand how our users as a group use the products and
services, improve our application and device based on your feedback and information,
anticipate and resolve any issue with services provided to our customers.
How we protect your information:
We adopt appropriate data collection, storage, and processing practices and other security measures to protect against any unauthorized access, alteration, distribution or disclosure of any of your Personally Identifiable information and data stored on our application/server. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security. In case we become aware of any breach of security of your information, we will notify you using the email address that we have.
Sharing your personal information:
We may share your information submitted to us to public authorities, service
providers, vendor, business partners, our group companies, insurer, co-insurer,
re-insurer, insurance brokers and banks without obtaining your prior consent in

identity or for prevention, detection, or investigation including cyber
incidents or for prosecution or punishments of offenses for complying with
